Surprising place, from the location and the careful design to the quality of its cuisine, based on local organic market products. For me it has been a very novel gastronomic experience in Seville. The food, which you do not know until it is time to eat it, is made in front of you at that moment, while you share a conversation with the rest of the guests, with whom you get to make friends, who knows if it lasts. Elaborate food, impeccable presentation, well thought-out wine pairings, sharing with diners ... all in perfect balance, making you spend an unforgettable evening. Something not to miss in Seville. A wonderful concept and very satisfied with the treatment received by the staff. Highlight the quality of the products, the wines and the delicious dishes. The design of the space is shocking. It is a modern and cozy restaurant at the same time and it shows that they have paid much attention to those small details that make the difference: well-cared tableware, local artisan furniture ... The surprising dinner: a delight, good wines, great treatment. You leave with the feeling of having lived a complete experience, beyond a dinner.
